Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a mixer, add the eggs, sugar, butter or margarine, milk, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Pour the dough into a previously buttered and floured mold.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
While the cake cools, prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix the whipped cream, caramel yogurt and caramel extract until you have a creamy cream.
Once the cake has cooled, cut it in half horizontally to make two layers.
