Philly Cheesesteak Cheese Bread
Ingredients
12 ounces ribeye steak or beef cut for cheesesteaks very thinly sliced or shaved
1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt divided
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper divided
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 green bell pepper seeded and sliced into thin strips
1 yellow onion peeled and sliced into thin strips
4 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
l loaf fresh French or Italian bread cut in half lengthwise
12 ounces deli-style provolone cheese slices
