Things needed:

- Celery (two ribs), carrots (two carrots, peeled and sliced), and two apples
- two cloves of garlic, minced
- 3-tablespoons all-purpose flour

- Chicken broth, 4 tablespoons
- Six boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Broccoli florets—two cups
- One cup of green peas and 1/4 cup of cream
