Ingredients:
1 lb mixed seafood (scallops, cod, shrimp)
4 cups seafood stock (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup heavy cream
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Build the Bisque Base:
Pour the seafood stock into the pot and bring to a gentle simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and slowly stir in the heavy cream. Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Blend the Base (Optional):
For a smoother bisque, use an immersion blender to puree the broth and onions. If you prefer a chunkier texture, skip this step.
Return Seafood to the Pot:
Gently return the cooked seafood to the pot. Simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes to heat through.
Taste and Adjust:
Taste the bisque and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
