Sift the flour with the yeast and add it to the mixture, mix until you get a smooth dough.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake tin (diameter 22-24 cm). Place the peach slices on the cake, overlapping them slightly to create a decorative pattern.

7. Cooking:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center is dry.

8. Cool and decorate:
Let cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
