Instructions:
Prepare the Apples:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples.
Prepare the Pie Crust:
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together butter, eggs, and milk.
Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Assemble the Pie:
Roll out half the dough and place it in a pie dish.
Arrange apple slices on the crust, sprinkle with sugar.
Roll out the remaining dough, place it over the apples, and crimp the edges. Cut slits in the top crust.
Bake the Pie:
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes before serving.
