Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Pie Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it firmly against the bottom and sides. Trim any excess dough and crimp the edges for a decorative finish.
