Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and remove the meat, leaving the shells intact. Roughly chop the lobster meat.
In a bowl, mix the chopped lobster meat, cooked crab meat, breadcrumbs, melted butter, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the lobster shells on the baking sheet and spoon the stuffing mixture back into the shells, mounding it on top.
Sprinkle with paprika for color.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden and the lobster is cooked through.
Garnish with extra fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Tips:
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the stuffing for a spicy kick.
