Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
While the bread is toasting, heat balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat until it thickens slightly (about 5-7 minutes).
Spread softened goat cheese onto each toasted baguette slice.
Top with fresh blueberries.
Drizzle the reduced balsamic vinegar over each crostini.
Garnish with fresh thyme or basil, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Drizzle with honey if desired for added sweetness.
