Prepare the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, thoroughly combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Shape the Cheese Balls: With your hands or a small scoop, form the cheese mixture into 1-inch diameter balls.
Coat the Cheese Balls: Create a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, another for beaten eggs, and a third for a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Roll each ball in flour, dip into the eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
Fry the Cheese Balls: Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry each ball for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve: After frying, place the cheese balls on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
