Boneless Chicken Tenders
Grated zucchini, shredded mozzarella, chopped dill, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a big basin. Thoroughly blend all ingredients.
A big skillet with olive oil in it should be heated over medium heat.
Flatten a few spoonfuls of the zucchini mixture with a spatula before dropping them into the pan.
Cook for three to four minutes each side in a hot pan until crisp and golden.
Take them out of the pan and set them on a dish lined with paper towels so any extra grease may drain. Heat and serve immediately.
