Ingredients:
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large eggs
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Season the bite-sized steak pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned steak pieces to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, prepare the eggs to your liking (fried, scrambled, poached, etc.) in a separate skillet or pan.
- Once the steak is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired level of doneness.
- Once the eggs are cooked, return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and garnish the Butter Garlic Steak Bites and Eggs with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
