Cheesy Mashed Potato Puffs

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, milk, and chopped green onions.
Season with salt and pepper, mixing until all ingredients are well combined.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden and puffed.
Let the puffs cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
Serve warm.
