CHEESY PIEROGI CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds frozen pierogies
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preparing the Pierogies:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the frozen pierogies according to the package instructions until they are just tender. Drain and set aside.
