Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce each potato with a fork several times to allow steam to escape during baking.
