Chicken tenders on Texas toast with sauce and sherred mozzarella

Preheat the oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken tenders in egg batter, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
Once the oil is hot enough, carefully place the chicken tenders in the pan and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
Toast the Texas toast in a toaster or on a griddle until it’s crispy.
Place the cooked chicken tenders on top of the Texas toast slices.
Spoon marinara sauce or any sauce of your choice over the chicken tenders.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
Place the Texas toast with the chicken tenders on a baking sheet, and broil in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly
