CHICKEN WITH GARLIC PARMESAN RICE

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano on both sides.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and minced garlic.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Parmesan Rice
  1. In a large saucepan, combine the long-grain white rice and chicken broth.

  1. Slice the cooked chicken breasts into strips.

  3. Top the rice with the sliced chicken.
  4. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
