CHICKEN WITH GARLIC PARMESAN RICE
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano on both sides.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and minced garlic.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
