INGREDIENTS
- Chocolate
- 200g chocolate
- Plain flour
- 50g flour
- Sugar
- 50g sugar
- Little Swiss
- 3 small swiss
- Egg
- 3 eggs
- Yeast
- 0.33 sachet of yeast
- Vanilla
- 1 C. c. vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
1_-_To melt chocolate.
2_-_Whisk the Swiss rolls and the sugar.
3_-_Add vanilla, eggs and whisk.
4_-_Add flour and baking powder, mix.
5_-_Finally, stir in the melted chocolate.
6_-_Pour into a round mold 20 cm in diameter, and cook for 15 to 20 min at 180°C. The blade of the knife stuck in the cake comes out dry.
