1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
5 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9 x 13 baking pan by buttering it.
In a large bowl, mix the base ingredients together (flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla). Add the melted butter last and stir to combine. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
In a separate bowl, mix all the topping ingredients (butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon) together. Stir until well combined.
Drop the topping mixture by teaspoonfuls over the batter as evenly as possible. Use a butter knife to swirl the topping into the base.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 28-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl.
Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle the glaze over the warm cake.
