Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Alfredo Spaghett
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Return the chicken to the skillet and mix in the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
