Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Use kitchen shears to cut along the top of each lobster shell lengthwise. Carefully lift the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and a little melted butter over each lobster tail.
4. Place the lobster tails on a baking tray and bake them in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is firm and opaque.
5. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining butter. Once it’s melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until it smells nice.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, allowing it to simmer until it thickens. Then, add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Once the lobster tails are done, spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over them and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
