Preheat oven to 325ยฐF.
๐ง Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into a springform pan.
๐ฐ In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
๐ฏ Add sugar, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, and vanilla. Mix well.
๐ Pour over crust and bake for 1 hour.
๐ฅ Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
๐ฎ Sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize with a torch.
