Ingredients
🥔 Potatoes (russet or any frying variety)
🧂 Salt
🌾 Cornstarch (optional for extra crispiness)
🛢️ Vegetable oil (for frying)
🍅 Ketchup, 🟡 Mustard, 🥛 Mayo, or any sauces of choice for dipping
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes 🥔🔪
Peel and cut potatoes into thin sticks.
Soak the sticks in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Dry the Potatoes 🧻
Drain and pat the potatoes dry with a kitchen towel.
