Delicious rolls: cooked ham, cheese and mushrooms in harmony
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 glass of white wine (optional)
50 g grated parmesan (optional, for gratinating)
Preparation:
Prepare the mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. In a pan, melt the butter with a crushed clove of garlic and, when hot, add the mushrooms. Cook them over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, until they have softened and released their water. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped fresh parsley. If you like, you can add a little white wine to add more flavor.
