Directions
Open the can of condensed milk and measure out the whole milk and butter.
In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk, whole milk, and butter. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
Continue to stir until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan, similar in texture to pudding.
Pour the mixture into a refrigeration-safe container. Let cool at room temperature for a few minutes.
Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely cold and firm.
Once cooled, cut the dessert into individual servings and serve.
