Easy Cheesy Cauliflower with Garlic Butter Potatoes
Instructions
Prepare the cauliflower:
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Add the cauliflower to a pot of water with 1 teaspoon salt and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
Prepare the egg mixture:
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a little salt, 30ml cream and black pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower.
Add the cheeses:
Sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste over the cauliflower.
Add the soft mozzarella pieces on top.
Sprinkle the cheese with paprika.
