Easy Cheesy Cauliflower with Garlic Butter Potatoes

Cook the cauliflower:
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
Prepare the potatoes:
Dice 1kg potatoes and add salt to taste.
Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Make the garlic butter:
Melt 50g butter in a frying pan.
Add 2 cloves of garlic, chopped, and fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the cooked potatoes to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the vegetables:
Add the chopped onion and pepper to the potatoes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.
