Easy No-Bake Peach Charlotte
Preparation :
First, whip the crème fraîche and set aside.
Using an electric mixer, beat the ricotta with the powdered sugar.
Mix the whipped cream by hand with a spoon, using up and down movements to ensure a nice smoothness.
The cream is ready. Put it in the fridge while waiting for the peach tart base to be ready.
Also prepare the peaches.
I used three nectarines for the filling, while I used two for the topping.
Take the three nectarines for the garnish and chop them roughly. 1 cm then cubes.
If you mind peeling, you can also peel it before slicing.
Place the opening circle (18 cm diameter) directly on the serving tray.
