Easy Pineapple Upside Down Cake

decoration:

juice from the can of pineapple
candied cherries (optional)

Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180°

In a saucepan, put the sugar with the water and the lemon juice, cook for 15 minutes until you obtain a caramel

In a lightly buttered cake tin, line the bottom of the tin with the liquid caramel.

Place the pineapple slices on the caramel (keep the juice).

Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until you have a nice cream,
add the eggs one by one while whisking, then add the flour and sifted yeast, then pour the mixture over the pineapple slices.
