Cover the bowl with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
Step 4: Shape the Bread
Once the dough has risen, divide it into 2 or 3 portions depending on your desired bread size.
Place each portion onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and gently shape into round or oval loaves, pressing down slightly to flatten.
Step 5: Add Parsley and Bake
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top of each loaf for added flavor and color.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown on top and cooked through.
