1. Prepare the Filet Mignon: Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Set aside to rest.
2. Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, melt butter and cook shrimp until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
3. Lobster and Cream Sauce: Add lobster to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, let it simmer for 3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until the sauce thickens.
4. Combine and Serve: Return shrimp to the pan and combine. Plate each filet mignon and top with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
