Fried Deviled Eggs Recipe

1. Boil & Prepare Eggs:

Boil eggs for 9-10 minutes. Cool, peel, and slice in half.

2. Make Filling:

Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spoon back into whites.

3. Bread the Eggs:

Coat each egg half in flour, then egg, then panko mixture.

4. Fry the Eggs:

Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry eggs, cut side down, for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Garnish & Serve:

Garnish with paprika and optional toppings. Serve warm!

Pro Tips:

• Add hot sauce or relish for extra flavor.

• Customize with shrimp, bacon, or crab.

• For a lighter version, pan-fry with less oil.
