Frozen nougat: Cyril Lignac’s easy-to-prepare dessert

🥣 Instructions:
1. Beat the egg whites with the sugar.
2. In another bowl, beat the crème fraîche into whipped cream.
3. Gently add the egg whites to the whipped cream.
4. Add the honey, candied fruit, almonds, hazelnuts and rum (if using).
5. Pour the mixture into a cake tin lined with cling film.
6. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
7. Unmold the frozen nougat and cut into slices before serving. Enjoy this simple and delicious dessert from Cyril Lignac!
