Fold the sides of the package on the filling, then roll it well, sealing the edges with a little water.
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara, cheese sauce or spicy mayo.
