Honey Pork Roast

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and season the pork roast with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
3. Place the pork roast in a roasting pan and pour the honey mixture over it, making sure it is evenly coated.
4. Pour chicken broth into the pan.
5. Roast the pork in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Baste the pork with the juices every 20 minutes while cooking.
7. Once done, remove the pork roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
8. Serve the Honey Pork Roast sliced with the pan juices drizzled over the top.
