Ingredients:
- 2 pounds carrots, peeled and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preparing the Carrots
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the carrots into uniform pieces, about 2 inches in length.
- Place the carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Making the Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well combined.
