How to degrease and clean your oven tray

Remove food residue:
Use a spatula or scraper to remove large food particles from the pan.
Make a baking soda paste:
Mix baking soda with a little water to make a thick paste.
Apply the paste:
Spread the baking soda paste over the surface of the baking pan, focusing on areas with dried grease and residue.

Let it sit:
Leave the baking soda paste on the baking sheet for at least 15-30 minutes.

Vinegar spray:
Spray the baking soda paste with white vinegar. The reaction between the baking soda and vinegar will help to remove any dried-on dirt and grease.

Rub:
Wear rubber gloves and clean the pan with a scourer or steel wool. If necessary, use a stiff brush for more difficult areas.

Rinse and dry:
Rinse the baking sheet with hot water and dry with a soft cloth.

Method 2: Soak in hot water and detergent
Remove food residue:

Prepare the soak:
Fill a baking sheet with hot water and add a generous amount of dishwashing liquid.

Leave to soak:
Leave the pan to soak for at least an hour, preferably overnight if the dirt is very hard-core.

Rub:
Put on rubber gloves and clean the pan with a scourer or steel wool. Use a stiff brush for tough spots if necessary.

Rinse and dry:
Rinse the baking sheet with hot water and dry it with a soft cloth.
