I know there is a recipe for chocolate cake, but what do you call it if you put pistachios in it? A pistachio cake! 😂

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or microwave.
3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes frothy.
4. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and stir well.
5. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt, then gradually incorporate them into the mixture.
6. Crush the pistachios and gently incorporate them into the dough.
7. Pour the dough into a buttered and floured mold.
8. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Check the cooking with the tip of a knife, it should come out clean.
9. Let cool before unmolding and enjoy!

Tip: You can replace the pistachios with walnuts or hazelnuts to vary the pleasures!
