First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 425°F, or 220°C. 12.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda to a large bowl and whisk to combine.

Once baked, garnish with fresh parsley and brush with remaining melted butter. Bring it to a boil and enjoy!
