8 oz fettuccine or pasta of your choice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, whisking until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Add dried Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper.
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
Serve the pasta topped with the cooked steak strips and garnish with fresh parsley.
