Freeze:
Cover the baking dish with cling film and place the semifreddo in the freezer for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, so that it solidifies well.
Serve:
Before serving, leave the semifreddo at room temperature for a few minutes so that it softens slightly.
You can garnish the semifreddo with a few pieces of fresh or candied pineapple, or with fresh mint for a touch of color.
Tips:

If you like, you can add some coconut flakes or chopped almonds for an extra touch.
