Lemon Peel Tea: A Simple Aid for Reducing Belly Fat
Thoroughly wash the lemons.
Carefully peel the lemons, avoiding as much of the white pith as possible to minimize bitterness.
Make the Tea:
In a pot, combine the lemon peels and water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
If desired, add a small piece of peeled ginger for extra flavor and digestion benefits.
Serve:
Strain the tea into a mug, removing the peels (and ginger, if used).
If needed, sweeten with a small amount of honey, but be mindful of adding too much sugar.
Consumption:
Drink a cup of lemon peel tea three times a day, preferably 20-30 minutes before meals.
