Mini Meatloaf in a Pan

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small, individual meatloaves.

Place the mini meatloaves in a greased baking pan, leaving space between each one.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatloaves are cooked through and have a nice, browned crust.
Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
