Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and can hold together when pressed.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate the crust while you prepare the filling.
Make the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
Add in the mini chocolate chips and M&Ms, stirring to evenly distribute.
Assemble the Pie:
Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Garnish the top with additional mini chocolate chips, M&Ms, and, if desired, a drizzle of melted chocolate or a sprinkle of crumbled peanut butter cups for an extra touch.
