No Bake Cheesecake Bars Recipe.

Mix the sugar, vanilla and lemon juice with the cream cheese, beating until smooth and well combined.

Add whipped cream to cream cheese mixture, stirring gently until well combined.

Make the cheesecake bars
Add the cheesecake filling on the base, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Run a spatula over the top to make it smooth and even.

Let the cheesecake cool:

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the cheesecake is firm and set.

Prepare additional ingredients (if desired):

If desired, mix graham cracker crumbs with powdered sugar and sprinkle evenly over the cheesecake in the refrigerator.
