No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake

Spread a layer of graham cracker squares on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. You may need to space them out a bit to ensure enough cookies cover the base of the dish.
Before placing the crackers on the pudding mixture, spread half of them.
Graham crackers should be layered on top of the pudding mixture.
Then arrange the crackers on top of the remaining pudding mixture.
Add an extra layer of graham crackers on top.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour until the pudding sets.
To soften the chocolate frosting, remove the lid and foil and microwave the jar for about 15 seconds until set.
Take out the frosting and mix it well. It should now be easy to spread.
