No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake

Prepare the Crust:
1️⃣ Pulse vanilla wafers in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs.
2️⃣ Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar and the melted butter, pulsing until well combined.
3️⃣ Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
4️⃣ Chill the crust in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
Make the Filling:
5️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and 1 cup of granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
6️⃣ In a separate bowl, dissolve the orange Jell-O in the boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved and set aside to cool slightly.

8️⃣ Divide the whipped cream mixture: fold half of it into the cooled orange Jell-O mixture and the other half into the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble the Cheesecake:
9️⃣ Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust, followed by the orange cream mixture on top.
Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to fully set before serving.
