No Bake Peach Cheesecake
🥣 Preparation:
Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the base.
Dice the peaches and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine the cream, yogurt, agar-agar and condensed milk. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Once the mixture has cooled, stir in the peach pieces.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base. Smooth the surface and sprinkle with chopped almonds for an irresistible crunch.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
