Air Fryer Chicken Rolls
Directions: Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat them dry. Then cut them into thin strips. In three separate bowls, prepare the flour, beaten eggs (with a pinch of salt and pepper) and breadcrumbs. First coat the chicken strips in flour, then in beaten eggs and finally coat them well in breadcrumbs. Heat a pan with enough oil. Fry the breaded chicken strips in batches until golden and crispy.
