Ingredients:
300g Nutella
300ml
whole milk 200ml whole cream (for a creamy texture)
150g
caster sugar 200ml vodka (or white rum, depending on your preference)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat the ingredients:
In a saucepan, pour the whole milk, cream and sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Then add the Nutella and continue to heat gently, stirring until it is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
2. Let cool:
Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly to room temperature.
